Our facility is H.A.C.C.P, Certified, the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Program, which monitors safe food production and provides preventative measures to ensure food safety. All of our employees are educated and trained in H.A.C.C.P principles of operation, and we support and clearly define those labor management practices. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with electronic access and intrusion security, racking, computerized temperature control, and back up systems so we can maintain product integrity at all times. Coolers range from -1 C to +2 C, and freezers operate between -18 C and -25 C. |
