Ramen is a popular Japanese noodle that has became a staple food of Japan since the Meiji period.  The combination of rich and milky Tonkatsu pork bone soup and seasoned ramen noodles is truly a taste to savor.  Many regional variations of ramen recipes have since been perfected all over Japan, but the secret is in the preparation of the broth. The broth preparation can take up to eight hours to prepare.
